- Plants and flowers can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or damaged items are non-returnable.
- Perishable items like cut flowers or soil products cannot be returned.
- Return Process:

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- We will guide you through the return process.
- Refund Process:
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
