Adenium obesum (Desert Rose) is a spectacular succulent that looks like a miniature bonsai tree with a swollen, sculptural caudex (thick base). Produces stunning trumpet-shaped blooms in hot pink and rose red � profusely in spring (March�April) and again in October in Indore. Extremely drought-tolerant: stores water in its caudex. Perfect for Indore's hot, dry climate � water only once a week in summer, reduce in winter. Grows in terracotta pots with full sun.
